Do not share your own or anyone else’s private or personal information, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other sensitive details.

6. Keep posts relevant
Try to post in the correct forum section and keep your content related to the topic being discussed.

7. No spam or self-promotion
Do not post spam, repeated messages, misleading links, or excessive self-promotion.
Promotional content may be removed.

8. No illegal or harmful content
Do not post anything unlawful, s*xually exploitative, violent, dangerous, or otherwise harmful. Controlling, coercive, stalking behaviour or language will be reported to the authorities.

9. Use appropriate language
Please keep language suitable for a general community audience. Swearing or offensive wording is not acceptable in these forums.

10. Do not troll or deliberately cause disruption
Posts made purely to provoke arguments, upset others, or derail conversations may be removed.

11. Respect moderators and admin decisions
Moderators are here to help keep the community safe and welcoming. Please follow their guidance and decisions.

12. Report problems instead of escalating
If you see a post that breaks the rules, report it rather than arguing publicly.

13. Multiple or serious breaches may lead to removal
Posts may be edited or removed, and accounts may be warned, suspended, or banned if these rules are broken. This can be done without warning.

14. Use the forums and website at your own risk.
Please do not post anything you would not be comfortable sharing publicly. While we aim to provide a safe and respectful community, anything posted online can potentially be copied, shared, or indexed by search engines. Once something is published on the internet, it may be difficult or impossible to remove completely. Think carefully before sharing personal information, images, location details, or anything else you may later regret posting. People with nefarious intent often use social media to track people.
